Samantha works with individuals, couples, and families to address a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, relationship dynamics, and work-related stress. Her practice is inclusive of all ages, from children to adults, and she aims to create a compassionate, collaborative, and supportive space where you can learn new skills and improve the quality of your life and relationships.
With 11 years of experience in diverse settings—including public schools, correctional facilities, and clinics, Samantha brings a broad perspective to therapy. She’s trained in evidence-based approaches like TF-CBT, CBT, safety planning, and attachment therapy, and systems therapy allowing her to address concerns rooted in trauma, relationships, and personal growth.
Samantha believes in the growth that happens when you find a therapist you can trust and connect with. She strives to create connections in a non-judgmental space, where clients are able to express themselves, and create greater clarity and resilience for navigating life’s challenges. Outside of her work, she enjoys baking, running, and spending time with her family.
